(April 5, 2017)<\/strong> \u2013 For the second time in a month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-poudre-valley-hospital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital<\/a> in Fort Collins and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-university-of-colorado-hospital-uch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital<\/a> in metro Denver each have been recognized as one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation by an independent study.<\/p>\n<p>Becker\u2019s Hospital Review named PVH and UCH as one of the \u201c100 great hospitals in America\u201d this week. The Becker&#8217;s Hospital Review editorial team selected hospitals for inclusion based on analysis of several ranking and award agencies, including U.S. News and World Report&#8217;s 2016-17 Honor Roll and specialty rankings, CMS star ratings, Leapfrog grades, Truven Health Analytics top hospitals, Most Wired hospitals and Magnet accreditation.<\/p>\n<p>PVH and UCH, along with UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, were three of five Colorado hospitals named last month to Truven Health Analytics\u2019 100 Top Hospitals list for demonstrating clinical and operational excellence.
